Super Bowl Fitty

Well tonight is the big night, let's see how our good friend is fairing. Last time me and big Ed spoke he owed Cam 10 dollars. I have yet to receive footage of the money being sent but I am on Eddie for some confirmation. what does tonight mean for our nicotine craving hero. Will the Denver broncos triumph over cam allowing Eddie to relax and enjoy the game or will Cams performance lead to the antics that make Eddie so desperately crave a smooth camel menthol. Either way I'll be giving our friend a call today or tomorrow to see how he is fairing. As well as maybe a post Super bowl interview with the man himself for our loyal reader(s). not sure how many there are.

Some of you readers have been asking, who is this Eddie? why should we care about his pledge to give money to a celebrity? is he hot? does he enjoy long walks on the beach? why hasn't he called me back?

SuperBowl Sunday is only a few day's away and Eddie Solar has a problem, well three problems would be more accurate. First is that Eddie has decided to once and for all quit smoking. He's done some research and found that one of the best ways to curb any addiction is to make an oath to donate money to a cause you hate. His second problem, Eddie doesn't hate very much if he were me it would be easy and he'd make an oath to donate money to Donald Trump's presidential campaign if he messed up, thankfully I'm not Eddie.

All this said when me and Eddie were talking this over we were both stumped as to what he could donate money to that he would find personally so offensive as to curb his addiction. Suddenly Eddie was hit with an idea, the one man he truly does hate and this is his third problem Cam Newton is going to be the starting Quarterback this Sunday. Sure Eddie's hatred for Cam Newton was somewhat surpressed when the panthers were no threat but with the possibility of Cam  Newton being the winning  Quarter back this super bowl Sunday a life long Atlanta Falcons fan's hatred has flared up.

Who am I in all this, well like any good friend I want to help my friend in his quest to quit smoking so I've decided to publicize his struggle and track how much money he has to send to the Quarterback he hates more then any in the NFL.

This is a real pledge he is making and Cam Newton can use the five dollars Eddie has to send him every time he smokes to do whatever he wants. no likely Cam Newton doesn't open his own mail so whoever does will likely just become five dollars richer. For the next year, till the 2017 super bowl every time Eddie smokes it will be tracked on here feel free to follow along his journey while I document and heckle him. for the next year eddie will have to ask himself just one question "Cam he do it?"
